An impeccable experience—the ambiance, the staff, and the facilities were beyond amazing. It surpassed all my expectations. Breakfast was uncomplicated yet delicious.

I have nothing but love for this place. The staff is incredible and it offers everything from fantastic rooms to great music and a large screen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and so much more. It's better than several multi-star hotels I've stayed in.
The social events are top-notch with entertaining games and cheap drinks at local pubs. I highly suggest it for meeting people from all over. The hotel fosters great interaction among guests.
Everything about this place is fantastic—prime location, beautiful environment, helpful staff. Definitely one of the best spots in San Francisco. The beds are ultra-comfy, the kitchen is spacious, and breakfast is amazing. The ballroom is a cozy delight.
Unbeatable location. The room was lovely. Plenty of bathrooms, so no waiting around. The simple breakfast is also great, and they even provide eggs for cooking.
The ambiance is fantastic. Most of the staff are friendly and engaging, adding to a positive atmosphere. Artistic, musical, and chill vibes made my stay special. Would definitely return if I'm back in San Francisco.
